Author Guidelines

We welcome your interest in submitting a manuscript to the International Journal of Business, Management & Financial Insight (IJBMFI). As a peer-reviewed, open-access journal, IJBMFI is committed to publishing high-quality, original research in the fields of business, management, and finance. Authors are advised to carefully follow the submission and formatting instructions outlined below.


Submission Instructions

  • All manuscripts must be original, unpublished, and not under review elsewhere. If submitted to another journal previously, a note explaining the status must be included in the “Comments to the Editor” section.

  • Submissions must be made electronically through the journal’s official portal: https://scholarclub.org/index.php/ijbmfi/login

  • Manuscripts should be submitted in Microsoft Word format (2016 or later) and must comply with the journal’s formatting guidelines.

  • References should include working URLs where applicable.

  • Authors are required to submit a single document containing all text, tables, and figures.

  • Prior registration on the journal’s website is mandatory before submission.


Manuscript Formatting Guidelines

Title and Author Details

  • Title: Centered, in uppercase and bold, using Times New Roman, 16 pt.

  • Author(s): Centered below the title, Times New Roman, 12 pt. Include full name, designation, department, institution, city, country, and email.

Corresponding Author

Please clearly indicate the corresponding author with complete contact information including email, phone number (with country code), and mailing address.

Abstract

All manuscripts must include an abstract (maximum 200 words). The abstract should summarize the study's background, objectives, methodology, major findings, and conclusions. Use italicized, justified text in Times New Roman, 12 pt.

Keywords

Provide 3–10 relevant keywords, listed alphabetically and separated by commas, ending with a period.


Manuscript Specifications

  • Word Count: Between 3,500 and 6,000 words. Longer manuscripts will be returned for revision.

  • Page Layout: A4 size, 1-inch margins, 1.5 line spacing, single-sided.

  • Header/Footer: 0.5 inches from page edges.

Section Numbering

Organize content using a clear hierarchy: e.g., 1., 1.1, 1.1.1. (Abstract and References are not numbered.)


Tables, Figures, and Equations

  • Tables: Place titles above the table in bold, Times New Roman 12 pt, centered.

  • Figures: Place captions below the figure, same formatting as tables.

  • Equations: Ensure mathematical content is presented in consistent font size and style.


Referencing Guidelines

All references must follow APA Style (latest edition) and be listed alphabetically at the end of the manuscript.

In-text Citations

Ensure consistency between in-text citations and the reference list. Avoid citations in the abstract. Personal communications or unpublished data should be cited in-text only.

Web References

Where applicable, provide full URLs with author name, date, and source title. These may be integrated within the reference list.

Additional Requirements

Author Biography

Each author must submit a short biography (50–100 words) along with a recent photograph and a completed Copyright Agreement Form.

Funding and Sponsorship

If the research was supported by a grant, organization, or funding body, it must be disclosed clearly in the manuscript.
