Charges Policy

Publication Fee (Article Processing Charges – APC)

The International Journal of Business, Management & Financial Insight (IJBMFI) does not charge any fee for submission, thereby supporting an open and accessible platform for researchers worldwide. However, to sustain the journal’s editorial and publishing operations, a one-time Article Processing Charge (APC) is applicable only upon acceptance of a manuscript.

This APC contributes to:

  • Coordination and management of the double-blind peer review process

  • Professional typesetting and formatting (PDF, HTML, etc.)

  • Website hosting and long-term digital archiving

  • Cross-referencing and DOI registration through platforms such as CrossRef

  • Wide dissemination and indexing of published articles

Note for Pakistani Authors:
As Pakistan is classified as a lower-income country, the applicable APC for authors affiliated with Pakistani institutions is PKR 30,000.

Waiver Policy

Authors who are Premium Members of the Scholar Club may be eligible for an APC waiver. For more information, please contact the editorial office at: [Insert Contact Email].

Withdrawal Policy

IJBMFI expects authors to submit manuscripts with genuine intent to publish. While the journal no longer maintains a blacklist for authors who withdraw manuscripts before peer review completion, submission solely for the purpose of obtaining feedback or accessing review services is strictly discouraged and may result in formal restrictions.

Important: Authors must ensure they have adequate funding to cover the APC prior to submission, as the fee becomes applicable only upon acceptance of the manuscript.
