Article Processing Charges (APC)

The International Journal of Comparative Social Science Studies (IJCSSS) does not charge any submission fee in order to support inclusive participation from researchers across the global academic community. To maintain the journal’s operational sustainability and high publication standards, a one-time Article Processing Charge (APC) is applied only after a manuscript has been accepted for publication.

What Does the APC Cover?

The APC contributes to the following services:

  • Coordination of the double-blind peer review process

  • Professional typesetting, formatting, and article layout preparation

  • DOI registration and digital archiving via CrossRef

  • Website hosting and technical platform management

  • Increased international visibility and academic indexing

  • Editorial management and technical support services

APC for Authors in Pakistan

Authors affiliated with Pakistani institutions are required to pay:

PKR 30,000 (upon acceptance).

Waiver Policy

Premium Members may apply for APC waivers subject to editorial board approval.
Requests must be submitted prior to submission or immediately after acceptance.

Important Notice on Withdrawal Policy

Authors are encouraged to submit manuscripts only if they intend to proceed with publication. Submissions made solely to obtain peer review feedback or to exploit the review system may result in rejection and possible restrictions on future submissions.

Authors should ensure that funding or institutional support is available before submitting their manuscripts.
