Article Processing Charges (APC)

The Journal of Applied Scientific and Natural Studies (JASNS) does not charge any fee at the manuscript submission stage, supporting accessibility for researchers worldwide. To sustain the journal’s operations and maintain high scientific publishing standards, a one-time Article Processing Charge (APC) is required only after a manuscript has successfully passed the peer review process and is accepted for publication.

What Does the APC Cover?

The APC contributes to the following essential publishing services:

  • Coordination and management of the double-blind peer review process

  • Professional formatting, typesetting, and article layout preparation

  • Digital archiving and DOI assignment via CrossRef

  • Website hosting and technical platform maintenance

  • Increased global visibility through academic indexing systems

  • Editorial coordination and technical publication support

APC for Authors in Pakistan

Authors affiliated with institutions in Pakistan are required to pay:

PKR 30,000 (applicable only after acceptance of the manuscript).

Waiver Policy

Premium Members may request partial or full APC waivers.
All waiver requests are reviewed by the editorial board and must be submitted before or immediately after manuscript acceptance.

Important Notice on Withdrawal Policy

Authors are advised to submit manuscripts only if they intend to proceed with publication. Submissions made solely for feedback or to exploit the peer review process may lead to rejection and potential restriction on future submissions.

Authors should ensure that sufficient funding or institutional support is available to cover the APC before submitting their manuscripts.
