Charges Policy

The Journal of Clinical and Experimental Health Sciences Studies (JCEHSS) does not require any fee at the manuscript submission stage. To ensure high-quality publication services and sustainable operations, a one-time Article Processing Charge (APC) is applied only after a manuscript has been accepted for publication following the peer review process.

What Does the APC Cover?

The APC supports several essential publication services including:

  • Administration of the double-blind peer review process

  • Professional article formatting, layout preparation, and typesetting

  • DOI registration and long-term digital archiving through CrossRef

  • Maintenance of the journal’s online platform and website hosting

  • Enhancement of global research visibility and indexing

  • Editorial coordination and technical publication support

APC for Authors in Pakistan

Authors affiliated with Pakistani institutions are required to pay:

PKR 30,000 (after manuscript acceptance).

Waiver Policy

Authors who hold Premium Membership may apply for APC waivers.
Requests for waivers must be submitted before or immediately after the manuscript has been accepted.

Important Notice on Withdrawal Policy

Authors are expected to submit manuscripts with the genuine intention of publication. Submissions intended only to obtain peer review feedback may lead to rejection and may affect future submission eligibility.

Authors should ensure that adequate financial support is available to cover APC costs prior to manuscript submission.
