Publication Schedule

Pakistan Journal of Translational and Applied Medicine (PJTAM)

In accordance with the directive of the Scholar Club Board of Governors, PJTAM follows a quarterly publication cycle, releasing four issues per calendar year. The schedule is as follows:

Key Deadlines and Editorial Milestones

  • Submission Deadline: 30th of the first month of the issue cycle
    (e.g., January 30 for the March issue)

  • Peer Review Completion: By the 10th of the third month in the issue cycle
    (e.g., March 10 for the March issue)

  • Final Decision Notification: By the 20th of the publication month

  • Publication Date: 30th or 31st of the publication month (depending on the calendar)

Additional Guidelines

Early Submissions
Manuscripts submitted ahead of the official deadline may receive priority in the review process, subject to editorial discretion.

Rolling Submissions
PJTAM accepts submissions on a rolling basis throughout the year. If a manuscript is not reviewed in time for a scheduled issue, it will automatically be considered for inclusion in the next available issue.

Online First Policy
To facilitate timely dissemination of research findings, PJTAM may publish accepted articles in an "Online First" format prior to their inclusion in a scheduled issue.
