Charges Policy

Publication Fee (Article Processing Charges - APC)

ApexMed – Journal of Health Sciences does not charge any submission fee, maintaining an open and inclusive submission policy for researchers around the globe. However, a one-time Article Processing Charge (APC) is applicable only upon acceptance of a manuscript. The APC helps sustain the journal’s high-quality publishing standards and covers the following:

  • Management and coordination of peer review

  • Professional formatting, editing, and production (PDF and other formats)

  • Website hosting, maintenance, and secure digital archiving

  • Registration and indexing with international databases (e.g., CrossRef, DOI allocation)

  • Global dissemination of published articles

Note for Authors in Pakistan

As Pakistan is classified as a lower-income country, the applicable APC for authors affiliated with Pakistani institutions is:

PKR 30,000 (upon acceptance)

Waiver Policy

APC may be waived for authors who are Premium Members of Scholar Club. Authors seeking a waiver should contact the editorial office prior to or immediately after acceptance.

Important Notice on Withdrawal Policy

While ApexMed does not maintain a formal blacklist, submitting a manuscript without genuine intent to publish—particularly to gain feedback or access peer review resources—is strongly discouraged and may lead to disqualification from future submissions.

Ensure adequate funding is available to cover the APC before submitting your manuscript.
