Publication Schedule

As per the directive of the Scholar Club Board of Governors, ApexMed – Journal of Health Sciences adheres to a quarterly publication cycle, releasing four issues per year according to the schedule outlined below:

Key Deadlines and Important Notes

  • Submission Deadline: 30th of the first month of the corresponding issue
    (e.g., January 30 for the March issue)

  • Peer Review Completion: By the 10th of the third month of the issue cycle
    (e.g., March 10 for the March issue)

  • Final Decision Notification: By the 20th of the publication month

  • Publication Date: 30th or 31st of the publication month, based on the calendar

Additional Guidelines

  • Early Submissions: Manuscripts submitted ahead of the deadline may be prioritized for early review and editorial decision.

  • Rolling Submissions: Submissions are accepted throughout the year. If a manuscript is not processed in time for a given issue, it will be automatically considered for the next available issue.

  • Online First Policy: Accepted manuscripts may be published online ahead of the scheduled issue release to ensure timely dissemination of research findings.
