Article Processing Charges (APC)

The Journal of Biological, Environmental, and Agricultural Insights (JBEAI) does not charge any manuscript submission fee. To maintain high-quality publication standards and support the journal’s operational sustainability, a one-time Article Processing Charge (APC) is applied only after the manuscript has been accepted following peer review.

What Does the APC Cover?

The APC supports the following publishing services:

  • Management of the double-blind peer review process

  • Professional article formatting, layout design, and typesetting

  • DOI registration and digital archiving through CrossRef

  • Maintenance of the journal’s online publication platform

  • Increased global visibility through academic indexing

  • Editorial and technical publication support

APC for Authors in Pakistan

Authors affiliated with Pakistani institutions are required to pay:

PKR 30,000 (after manuscript acceptance).

Waiver Policy

Premium Members may request APC waivers, which are granted based on editorial board discretion.
Requests must be submitted before or immediately after acceptance.

Important Notice on Withdrawal Policy

Authors should submit manuscripts only when they intend to proceed with publication. Submissions made solely for feedback or misuse of the peer review system may lead to rejection and possible restrictions on future submissions.

Authors are advised to confirm the availability of funding or institutional support before submitting manuscripts.
