Author Guidelines

The International Journal of Advanced and Innovative Research (IJAIR) is a peer-reviewed, open-access journal dedicated to publishing high-quality, original research across business, management, finance, and related disciplines. Authors are requested to carefully follow the submission and formatting instructions outlined below.


1. Submission Instructions

  • Manuscripts must be original, unpublished, and not under review elsewhere. If previously submitted to another journal, include a note in the “Comments to the Editor” section.

  • Submissions must be made electronically via the journal’s official portal: IJAIR Submission Portal

  • Manuscripts should be submitted in Microsoft Word format (2016 or later) and comply with IJAIR’s formatting guidelines.

  • Include all text, tables, and figures in a single document.

  • Prior registration on the journal’s website is mandatory before submission.

  • References must include working URLs where applicable.


2. Manuscript Formatting Guidelines

Title and Author Details

  • Title: Centered, uppercase, bold, Times New Roman, 16 pt.

  • Author(s): Centered below the title, Times New Roman, 12 pt. Include full name, designation, department, institution, city, country, and email.

Corresponding Author

  • Clearly indicate the corresponding author with complete contact information: email, phone (with country code), and mailing address.

Abstract

  • Include an abstract of max 200 words, summarizing the study’s background, objectives, methodology, key findings, and conclusions.

  • Format: italicized, justified, Times New Roman, 12 pt.

Keywords

  • Provide 3–10 relevant keywords, listed alphabetically and separated by commas, ending with a period.


3. Manuscript Specifications

  • Word Count: 3,500–6,000 words. Longer manuscripts will be returned for revision.

  • Page Layout: A4, 1-inch margins, 1.5 line spacing, single-sided.

  • Header/Footer: 0.5 inches from page edges.

Section Numbering

  • Organize sections hierarchically: 1., 1.1, 1.1.1. (Abstract and References are not numbered)

Tables, Figures, and Equations

  • Tables: Titles above, bold, Times New Roman, 12 pt, centered.

  • Figures: Captions below, same formatting as tables.

  • Equations: Present consistently in font size and style.


4. Referencing Guidelines

  • Follow APA Style (latest edition).

  • In-text citations: Ensure consistency with the reference list. Avoid citations in the abstract. Personal communications or unpublished data should appear in-text only.

  • Web references: Include full URLs, author name, date, and source title.

  • Reference list: Alphabetically at the end of the manuscript.

5. Additional Requirements

  • Author Biography: Submit a short biography (50–100 words), recent photograph, and completed Copyright Agreement Form.

  • Funding and Sponsorship: Disclose any research support from grants, organizations, or funding bodies within the manuscript.
