Charges Policy

Publication Fee (Article Processing Charges – APC)

The International Journal of Advanced and Innovative Research (IJAIR) does not charge any fee for submission, promoting an open and accessible platform for researchers worldwide.

However, to sustain high-quality editorial and publishing operations, a one-time Article Processing Charge (APC) is applied only upon acceptance of a manuscript.

The APC covers:

  • Coordination and management of the double-blind peer review process.

  • Professional typesetting, formatting, and preparation of final PDFs and HTML versions.

  • Website hosting and long-term digital archiving.

  • Cross-referencing and DOI registration via platforms such as CrossRef.

  • Wide dissemination and indexing of published articles.

Note for Pakistani Authors:
Authors affiliated with Pakistani institutions are subject to an APC of PKR 30,000, as Pakistan is classified as a lower-income country.

Waiver Policy

Authors who are Premium Members of the Scholar Club may be eligible for an APC waiver. For eligibility inquiries, please contact the editorial office at: [Insert Contact Email].

Withdrawal Policy

IJAIR expects manuscripts to be submitted with genuine intent to publish. While the journal no longer maintains a blacklist for authors withdrawing manuscripts before peer review, submissions solely to obtain feedback or access review services are discouraged and may result in formal restrictions.

Important: Authors must ensure they have adequate funding to cover the APC prior to submission, as the fee becomes applicable only upon acceptance of the manuscript
