Author Guidelines

Submission Instructions

We appreciate your interest in submitting your manuscript to Lead Sci Journal of Management, Innovation and Social Sciences (LSJMISS), a peer-reviewed journal committed to publishing high-quality research in the fields of management, innovation, and social sciences. Please carefully review the submission and formatting guidelines outlined below before proceeding with your manuscript submission.

General Submission Guidelines

  • Manuscripts submitted to LSJMISS must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration by another journal. If the manuscript has been submitted elsewhere, a clear explanation must be provided in the “Comments to the Editor.”

  • All submissions must be made electronically via the journal’s online submission system:

  • Manuscripts should be prepared using Microsoft Word (version 2016 or later) and must conform to the journal’s formatting standards.

  • Where applicable, include active URLs for cited references.

  • Submissions must include all text, tables, figures, and images in a single MS Word document.

  • Authors must register on the journal’s website prior to submitting their manuscript.

Manuscript Formatting Guidelines

Title and Author Information

  • Title: Bold, UPPERCASE, centered, Times New Roman, 16 pt.

  • Author Details (Centered, Times New Roman, 12 pt):

    • Full Name

    • Designation

    • Department, Institution, City, Country

    • Email Address

Corresponding Author

Clearly indicate the corresponding author who will be responsible for all communications during the review and publication process.

Provide complete postal address, email, and contact number (with international dialing code).

Abstract

  • All manuscripts must include an abstract not exceeding 200 words.

  • The abstract should be italicized, justified, Times New Roman, 12 pt.

  • It should briefly outline the background, objectives, methodology, major findings, and conclusions.

Keywords

List 3–10 keywords, arranged in alphabetical order, separated by commas, and ending with a full stop.

Word Count

  • Manuscripts should be between 3,500 and 6,000 words.

  • Submissions exceeding this range may be returned for revision.

  • Document should be formatted on A4 size, 1.5 line spacing, with single-sided text and proper section headings.

Page Setup

  • Paper Size: A4 (8.27" × 11.69")

  • Margins: 1 inch on all sides

  • Header/Footer spacing: 0.5 inches from the edge

Sectioning the Manuscript

Use a clear hierarchical numbering system for sections and sub-sections (e.g., 1., 1.1, 1.1.1).
Note: The Abstract and References sections should not be numbered.

Tables and Figures

  • Embed all tables and figures within the manuscript.

  • Tables: Titles should be placed above the table, bold, Times New Roman 12 pt, centered.

  • Figures: Captions should appear below the image, same formatting as tables.

Equations and Formulas

Mathematical expressions should follow the same font and formatting style as the main manuscript.

References

  • Use APA Style (Latest Edition) for formatting all citations and references.

  • List all references alphabetically at the end of the manuscript.

In-Text Citations

  • All sources cited in the manuscript must appear in the reference list and vice versa.

  • Do not include citations in the abstract.

  • Personal communications and unpublished work should be cited only within the text.

Web References

  • Include complete URLs and relevant metadata (author, title, date) for online sources.

  • Web references should be integrated into the general reference list.

Author Biography

Each author must provide a short biography (50–100 words), a recent passport-sized photograph, and a completed Copyright Agreement Form.

Acknowledgment of Funding or Sponsorship

Clearly mention any financial support, institutional funding, or sponsorship received during the research process.
