The Lead Sci Journal of Management, Innovation and Social Sciences (LSJMISS) is a double blinded peer-reviewed academic publication dedicated to advancing knowledge and best practices in the fields of business management, organizational leadership, and innovative strategies. It serves as a valuable platform for scholars, practitioners, and industry leaders to share cutting-edge research, case studies, and theoretical insights that address the evolving challenges in modern organizations. LSJMISS is a Quarterly Journal and publishes four issues per year: The LSJMISS is published by Scholar club (SMC-Private) Limited, an academic publishing organization committed to promoting quality research, scholarly communication, innovation, and knowledge dissemination across diverse disciplines. The publisher supports open-access publishing principles and encourages the global exchange of scholarly information to advance education, research, and societal development.

The Lead Sci Journal of Management, Innovation and Social Sciences (LSJMISS) is a peer-reviewed, interdisciplinary academic journal that seeks to advance knowledge and foster scholarly dialogue across the fields of management, innovation, and the broad spectrum of social sciences. LSJMISS encourages both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies and accepts original research articles, theoretical papers, literature reviews, case studies, and policy analyses.

Peer Review Policy

Double-Blind Review

LSJMISS follows a double-blind peer review model:

  • Reviewer and author identities remain confidential
  • At least two independent reviewers evaluate each submission

Reviewer Selection & Ethics

Reviewers are chosen based on their:

  • Subject-matter expertise

  • Absence of any conflict of interest with the authors

Confidentiality

All submitted material is treated as confidential. Unpublished data must not be used or disclosed by editors or reviewers.

Timeliness

Reviewers are expected to respond within 2–4 weeks. Editors work to ensure timely communication and feedback throughout the review process.

Appeals

Authors may appeal a rejection by submitting a formal request. Appeals are reviewed by the Editor-in-Chief and, when necessary, an independent academic reviewer.

Ethical Standards and Responsibilities

Authorship Criteria

All listed authors must have made substantial academic contributions. The corresponding author ensures all contributors approve the manuscript and its submission.

Conflict of Interest Disclosure

Authors, reviewers, and editors must declare any financial, professional, or personal relationships that may influence the manuscript's evaluation.

Research Ethics

If applicable, studies involving human participants, surveys, interviews, or institutional data must include statements of ethical approval and informed consent.

Post-Publication Policy

Corrections and Retractions

In the event of serious errors or misconduct, LSJMISS may issue:

The Lead Sci Journal of Management, Innovation and Social Sciences (LSJMISS) is a fully open-access journal, which means that all content is freely available without charge to the user or his/her institution. Users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles, or use them for any other lawful purpose, without asking prior permission from the publisher or the author.  All published articles are immediately and permanently available online without subscription or access barriers.

All content is distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0). Authors retain copyright and grant the journal the right of first publication.

Repository & Self-Archiving Policy

JEMBA permits authors to deposit all versions of their work in institutional or other repositories like Researchgate, ORCID, Academia, Arxiv, etc.  without embargo, including:

  • Preprint (submitted version)
  • Author’s Accepted Manuscript (AAM)
  • Published Version (Version of Record)

Proper citation to the original published article is required.

Archiving Policy

LSJMISS is committed to the long-term preservation and accessibility of published scholarly content.

Digital Preservation

The journal utilizes the PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN) and other preservation mechanisms available through the Open Journal Systems (OJS) platform to ensure permanent accessibility of published articles.

Website Backup

Regular backups of journal data, articles, metadata, and system files are maintained to safeguard against accidental loss.

Persistent Access

Published content remains freely available and permanently accessible through the journal website.

Content Preservation

If the journal ceases publication, all published content will remain accessible through preservation services and institutional archives whenever possible.

As per the directive of the Editorial Board, the Lead Sci Journal of Management, Innovation and Social Sciences (LSJMISS) follows a quarterly publication cycle, releasing four issues per year as per the schedule below:

Additional Guidelines

  • Early Submissions: Manuscripts submitted before the deadline may be given priority for early review and editorial decision.
  • Rolling Submissions: Submissions are accepted year-round. If a manuscript is not processed in time for the targeted issue, it will automatically be considered for the next available issue.
  • Online First Policy: Accepted manuscripts may be published online ahead of the scheduled issue to ensure prompt dissemination of research.
