Charges Policy

Publication Fee (Article Processing Charges - APC)

Turing Ledger Journal of Engineering & Technology (TLJET) does not charge any submission fee, maintaining an open and inclusive policy to encourage global research dissemination. However, a one-time Article Processing Charge (APC) applies only upon acceptance of a manuscript. This fee ensures the sustainability of the journal’s operations and supports the following services:

  • Coordination and management of the peer review process

  • Professional formatting, editing, and production (PDF and other formats)

  • Website hosting, technical maintenance, and secure digital archiving

  • Registration with indexing platforms and allocation of DOIs via CrossRef

  • Global accessibility and visibility of published research

Note for Authors in Pakistan

As per World Bank classification, Pakistan is a lower-income country. Therefore, the applicable APC for authors affiliated with Pakistani institutions is:
PKR 30,000 (upon acceptance)


Waiver Policy

TLJET may waive the APC for authors who are Premium Members of the Scholar Club. Authors seeking a waiver must contact the editorial office prior to or immediately after manuscript acceptance.

Important Notice on Withdrawal Policy

While TLJET does not maintain a formal blacklist, submitting a manuscript without genuine intent to publish—such as submitting solely to obtain editorial feedback or peer review—is strongly discouraged. Such actions may result in disqualification from future submissions.
