All articles published in TLJET are made freely and immediately available online upon publication. No subscriptions, registrations, or payments are required to read or download the content. This approach maximizes reach, enhances global academic communication, and supports innovation in engineering practice and education.


3. Licensing Terms

All published content in TLJET is licensed under the
Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0).

This license allows users to:

  • Share: Copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format

Under the following conditions:

  • Attribution: Users must provide proper credit to the original authors, link to the license, and indicate if any changes were made.

  • NonCommercial: Use for commercial purposes is not permitted.
