Literature has always been regarded as a true reflection of society because it captures the emotions, struggles, values, and changing realities of human life. Among all literary genres, short stories hold a unique importance due to their ability to present deep social truths through ordinary characters and everyday experiences. Fiction writers not only entertain readers but also expose the hidden wounds of society, giving voice to the silent pain of marginalized people. This research paper explores the reflection of Sindhi society in the short stories of Rehana Nazeer, with special reference to her story collections Andar Ji Adalat(اندر جي عدالت) and Tik Tok Girl (ٽِڪ ٽاڪ گرل) . Her stories presents a realistic portrayal of contemporary Sindhi social life, particularly the emotional, psychological and social struggles faced by women. Through powerful storytelling and realistic characterization, she points out issues such as; gender discrimination, domestic oppression, social injustice, and the restrictions imposed by patriarchal traditions. At the same time, her stories also reflect cultural transformation, class conflict, generational gaps, and the growing influence of modern media and technology on social relationships. The study aims to examine how Rehana Nazeer transforms everyday social realities into meaningful literary expression. It further analyzes her narrative style, social consciousness, and contribution to contemporary Sindhi fiction.
